The Support menu on the Canvas website has been enhanced to provide easy access to the most critical support and training resources for Canvas and related products. The new Canvas Support page features instructor and student guides, orientation videos, and FAQs. Information is also available about the Canvas mobile apps, third-party tool integrations, upcoming features or planned changes, and other helpful resources.

In addition, Canvas support is always available 24/7 by phone, live chat, or email through the Help menu within Canvas after you have logged in.
