Have you ever wondered if Canvas was down or if it was just you? Baylor now provides a System Status hub that can be accessed through the Support menu of the Canvas website. This System Status hub can provide real-time updates about errors, outages, or upcoming maintenance for most academic or administrative systems at Baylor University.

Users can subscribe to email updates about specific systems like Canvas or Zoom, and you can access historical data about previous maintenance events or outage events.
