Upcoming Change to Using Box Links in Canvas

When creating a Box link to share in Canvas, it is important to select "People with the link" from the "Choose access type" dropdown, so that all students will be able to access the items. 

Beginning in summer 2025, the default access type will be "People in this folder", which will prevent access for all students, unless they are made collaborators in the folder.
